hit session limit without using claude (Asia/Beirut)

Bug Description
whenever i open new session i hit 100% of usage without even using claude at all, even after reset it automatically hit 40 to 100 usage within min.
i deleted all session (completed, need input),
im checking usage command, but nothing is shown regarding what consume my token this fast
i reach in claude.com in customer service but ai respond and it seem it cant help me.
can somebody check what going on because it's been a 2week almost that i cant use claude code at all
