[FEATURE] Desktop app: make the conversation panel wider / support full-width layout

Problem Statement

When using the Claude Code desktop app on Mac at full screen, the conversation area remains a fixed-width centered column with large empty margins on both sides. The extra horizontal space is wasted and makes the app feel cramped compared to the window size.

This would be especially useful when reviewing long diffs, code blocks, or multi-column output.

Proposed Solution

Please add support for a wider or full-width conversation panel — either by allowing the column to expand with the window, or by adding a "wide mode" toggle in settings.
