What's Wrong?

Extended thinking summaries differ in level of detail between the Android app and Windows web (claude.ai). Android shows specific, task-grounded summaries. Windows web shows shorter, more generic-sounding summaries.
Example — Android:

"I need to draft a GitHub reply as xxxxx that thanks them for the thorough investigation, mentions the Start menu impact they've already confirmed, and reaches out to maintainers for a status update—keeping the tone casual but professional. I'll use the message compose tool to put this together."

Example — Windows web:

"Devised accessible explanation using relatable everyday comparisons."

What Should Happen?

Expected: Consistent level of detail in thinking summaries across platforms. More preferably the Android one.
Actual: Windows web summaries tend to be shorter/more generic; Android summaries tend to be more detailed/specific.

Compare the thinking summary on Android app vs. Windows web (claude.ai), same account/model.

Why this matters:
Detailed thinking summaries make it easier to catch issues, bugs, and both good and bad reasoning paths before the final answer lands. The shorter/more generic style on Windows web gives less visibility into what Claude actually planned, making it harder to spot problems early.
