[Feature Request] Improve Claude 5 Sonnet instruction following and code quality

Bug Description
I dont't know what you did with Sonnet 5, and "5" models in general, but this is borderline unusable. Extremely long convoluted explanations for simple features or bugfixes that can be explained in 5 simple sentences. Constantly ignoring rules in Claude.md, other files or even rules explicitly said in the chat. Running git reset -hard without even asking and without any indication to do so. Constantly writting buggy code and not being diligent. Not only most of these stuff didnt happen with models 4.X, but the ones that did happen way less
