[Feature Request] Add token usage audit reports (session, 5-hour window, weekly) with leak detection for cross-agent skill transfers

Bug Description
adding token audits to show the up/down counts per terminal session, 5hr window, and per week, as each are relevent to different levels of token optimzation based on your usage limits, would be very helpful for people like me on pro that aren't trying to waste tokens I don't have to. But only notise token leaks when I copy skills to another agent and that agent flags crazy usage stats that I end up changing over there to be better optomized.
