[BUG] side chat (/btw or ctrl+;) does not work in detached windows in claude code desktop for windows OS

What's Wrong?

When I am operating in a detached window, aka I have opened a session in a new window of Claude Code desktop, I am unable to access the by the way or side chat option.

What Should Happen?

btw and side chat should work just like main window
