Feature request: /btw command support in VSCode extension

Feature Request

The /btw ephemeral side-question command is currently CLI-only. It would be very useful in the VSCode extension as well.

Use case

Users who work exclusively in VSCode (not terminal CLI) cannot use /btw for quick side questions. Opening a new chat tab is the workaround, but it's not ephemeral and pollutes history.

Suggested implementation

A lightweight overlay/popup in the VSCode panel that mimics the CLI behavior:

• Ephemeral (not saved to conversation history)
• Context-aware (sees current conversation)
• No tool access
• Dismissable
