Projects: allow renaming an added project from edit mode

What happens now

In the Projects list, entering edit mode gives no clear indication of what is actually editable. Once a project has been added there is no way to rename it, so the only way to change a project's name is to remove it and add the directory again.

What I expected

In edit mode, a project's name should be editable in place (or via a per-row "Rename" action), saving back to the existing project entry without having to re-add the directory or lose any associated session history.

Why it matters

• The Edit button currently has no discoverable purpose, which makes the whole mode feel broken.
• Project names default from the directory path, which is often not what you want to see in a long list. Renaming is the minimum useful thing edit mode could offer.
