Feature request: Allow renaming active sessions in desktop app

When working with multiple active sessions (each handling a different scope — e.g., outreach, data pipeline, UI), there's no way to rename them. Users have to memorize which session does what.
A simple right-click → Rename or /rename command would fix this. Critical for power users managing large projects across 3+ sessions.
Environment: Claude Code desktop app (Windows 11)
