[BUG] Editing a queued message containing both a shell command and prompt coerces both to be prompt.

What's Wrong?

When queueing messages, if one first types a shell escape (! ...), and then sends a normal prompt, and then presses up arrow to edit that prompt, the shell escape reverts to normal prompt status. Explanatory images attached.

What Should Happen?

The shell should remain a shell.
