[Bug] JetBrains Plugin: /model command only shows default model instead of all available models

Bug Description
When using the JetBrains plugin, like in Rubymine, claude stopped listing all the available models when you type /model. it now only shows the current default model. if you open a terminal app and type /model the expected behavior of being able to choose between sonnet, opus, and etc
