[BUG] opus models 4.6+ not available in vs code extension

What's Wrong?

Using Claude code via bedrock with vs code extension, it appears opus 4.5 is only available alongside sonnet models, 4.6 + opus models not available anymore. Checked CLI and models available there.

What Should Happen?

4.6, 4.7 & 4.8 should be available
