[FEATURE] JetBrains plugin - Plan .md files should open in the IDE editor by default

Problem Statement

In Claude Code CLI with the JetBrains plugin, when in plan mode and I generate a plan, Claude says to hit ctrl + g to open the plan in Notepad. Why would it open in Notepad when I am already in an IDE environment? I am also unable to click on the plan to open it in the IDE.

Proposed Solution

The plan should open in the IDE automatically or when I hit ctrl + g, not Notepad. The plan should auto be a hotlink to open in the IDE directly.
