[BUG] `cmd + enter` sends question instead of doing a new line - claude code + cursor

What's Wrong?

I've recently downloaded claude code for my cursor via the npm install + extenstion.
in the terminal - everything works as intended - shift + enter creates a new line

in cursor extenstion - it just sends the question.

What Should Happen?

cursor (vscode) claude code should create a new line when shift+enter is being pressed
