When i'm typing the ai makes an update and auto sends in the command line what i had there

This keeps happening and it’s getting worse.
When I’m typing in the CLI, Claude updates what it’s doing, and it automatically sends whatever I’ve typed — even though I haven’t pressed return. It happens all the time and it’s really bad.
