Shift+Enter sends message instead of creating new line

Description

Shift+Enter is supposed to create a new line in the chat input, but instead it sends the message.

Expected Behavior

Shift+Enter should create a new line within the chat input box.

Actual Behavior

Shift+Enter sends the message instead of creating a new line.
