Document/expose available Markdown formatting keyboard shortcuts

The chat composer supports keyboard shortcuts for Markdown formatting (e.g. Cmd+E to wrap selected text in a code block), but these aren't discoverable anywhere in the UI or docs.
Requesting either an in-app shortcuts reference (e.g. a "?" help overlay) or a published list of all supported formatting shortcuts (bold, italic, code, etc.).
