What's Wrong?

Broken shortcuts on Linux for me include:

Ctrl+v does not paste text from the clipboard (although images do seem to work).
Ctrl+z does not suspend.

What Should Happen?

Ctrl+v should paste from the clipboard and Ctrl+z should suspend Claude Code.
