[FEATURE] Nextcloud Contacts connector for Cowork

Problem Statement

Nextcloud Contacts stores address book data (via CardDAV) for many self-hosted users, but Cowork has no connector for it. Claude currently has no vetted way to look up or reference a user's contacts stored in Nextcloud.

Proposed Solution

Add a vetted Cowork connector for Nextcloud Contacts (using its CardDAV endpoint) so Claude can search and read contact details, e.g. to look up an email address or phone number when drafting a message or scheduling a meeting.

Alternative Solutions

Currently there is no vetted way to do this; the workaround is manually looking up and pasting contact details into the chat.

Use Case Example

I keep my personal and family contacts in Nextcloud Contacts. I'd like to ask Claude 'what's Julia's phone number' or 'draft an email to the plumber from my contacts', the same way a native contacts integration would work.

Additional Context

CardDAV (RFC 6352) is the underlying protocol. This request is scoped to Contacts specifically, distinct from the separate Nextcloud Calendar connector request (#81735).
