[Bug] Permissions state not persisting after approval in classifier dialog

Bug Description
I'm adding permissions to the classifier and retrying tasks that were blocked because they were read-only actions. After pressing enter to allow or 'r' to retry, it does not appear the state change was committed allowing the actions to proceed or retry. Exiting the permissions dialog also appears to drop the state, so the UI it looks like I'm committing state by requesting the classifier stop denying actions (The green check appears), but then the state doesn't commit, and I can't actually derive a way to know if the state committed.
