[Bug] Tool execution inconsistency across multiple files in single task- tool designed to not execute

Bug Description
tool executed somehwat corerctly for one filem, and then second file its fucking up everythign , same taske ,same instructions, same everything, this is how you can see its by design, to eat tokens. its called fraud and im sharing only for legalr easons. delet tahts all you do
