I am writing to put the following on record.
Claude Code is sold as an execution tool. It is not one. It is a chatbot. My execution rates range from 2% to at best 50%, regardless of the model used, even when I provide finished material that only needs to be copied and adapted. No CEO, no company would accept a tool with a 2% or 50% execution rate. And it doesn't say anywhere that private consumers get a downgraded shitty chat bot instead of an execution tool. This is false advertising.
I sit with one lesson plan for a whole day. I cannot run my business because of it. I have a lump in my stomach, anxiety, and tears, daily, because of a paid product that does not do what it is sold to do. I am diagnosed with Audhd and it makes things much more severe.
I have submitted hundreds of bug reports. Every single one is shut down or deleted without resolution. I have kept a copy of each one as evidence. NOt a single resolution offered. NOt once.
I have filed formal consumer complaints against Anthropic in France, with SignalConso (DGCCRF) and the departmental consumer protection authority (DDETSPP).
The resolution I demand: an execution tool that executes at least 90% and compensation for mental abuse and stress caused by this chat bot.
If that does not happen, I will pursue legal action before the tribunal judiciaire for false advertising, demanding conformity of the product and heavy compensation. I will not suffer in silence anymore.
This letter is sent with express reservation of all my rights, claims and remedies, none of which are waived or limited by anything herein.
