Preflight Checklist

  • [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

My GitHub organization's repositories do not appear in the Claude Code web (claude.ai/code) repo picker, despite the Claude GitHub App being installed and configured with repository access on the org.

What Should Happen?

All repositories the Claude GitHub App has been granted access to should appear in the repository picker.

Error Messages/Logs

Searching for the repo by name returns "No repos match." The app is confirmed installed with the correct permissions shown on GitHub's side.

Steps to Reproduce

Install the Claude GitHub App on the org, granting access to the needed repo(s)
Confirm installation at github.com/settings/installations/148857102 — shows correct access
Go to claude.ai/code, click "+ Select repo..."
Search for the org repo by name → "No repos match"

This looks similar to other reports of org repos not being indexed on the backend (e.g. #57850, #60493, #65601) — a repo-index reset for my GitHub account/org may be needed.
