when i using claude --dangerously-skip-permissions mode terminal ui is broken and printing broken texts

Similar to a bug i've observed since last week. UI corrupted, even when not using dangerously skip permissions. Works fine in WSL, but not in powershell, WT, or VScode extension.
I remove the ~/.claude folder, and restart. it's fixed.
