[Bug] Excessive token consumption during code investigation tasks on Claude Opus

Bug Description
doing a small, regular investigation for a new feature in a small codebase. this is Opus-4.8 on ULTRACODE. over 7 minutes to create a report in HTML, and it is not even done yet. but I've used 25% of my 5 hour limit. I don't expect to hear anything back from you guys (I've filed feedback reports before) but note that this is the last drop. moving over to ChatGPT 5.6 Codex with Sol. as much as I love you guys and what you stand for, and as much as I hate OpenAI as a company, I cannot work like this and pay a monthly Claude Max subscription. this, plus all the insane usage limits (espcially compared to OpenAI's generous usage limits and regular resets), plus all the outages the last months, it's all been utterly frustrating. hope you guys get your s**t in order someday. I'll gladly return.
