[Bug] Excessive quota consumption during normal usage sessions

Bug Description
Reporting terrible issue with quota consumption. Here is another example in this 12 minutes sesion, my session when from 0% to 36% of consumption. How is that possible? this is not acceptable. What are you guys doing to address this issue. This is causing my working session to hit this wrongly impose limits. I want this to be escalated please. This is impacting my work.
