[Bug] Console API access suspended, cannot add credits — Fin auto-closed support ticket

What's Wrong?

Summary

Console API access to my Individual Org is suspended over a $1.94
unpaid balance. I cannot add funds to clear it — every payment attempt
is declined at Anthropic (not at my card issuer). Anthropic support
(Fin AI agent) auto-closed my ticket without human review.

Diagnostic steps already taken

• Multiple different cards attempted — all declined at Anthropic
• Verified with card issuers: NO fraud flags or blocks on any card
• Different browsers (Safari, Chrome, incognito) — same declines
• Different networks — same declines
• status.anthropic.com clean: "All Systems Operational"
• Support ticket via support@anthropic.com — auto-closed by Fin bot

What I need

Someone at Anthropic with visibility into Org-level restrictions to:

1. Diagnose why my Org is blocking payments
2. Clear the flag/hold, or provide alternate payment path (ACH/wire/invoice)
3. Restore API access

Business impact

Active product development work is blocked. Max plan remains fully paid;
this is API-side only.

Related issues (possibly)

This appears alongside #79589, #79590, #79591 all filed today within a
~35 minute window — all involving Anthropic safeguard/safety systems
false-positively blocking legitimate usage. Possibly the same
underlying issue.
