[BUG] Unable to start a new message with Fin

What's Wrong?

When I try to get support via chat with Fin, there is no option to "Send us a message"

What Should Happen?

Claude should allow a new message to be sent to Fin for support when the support modal is opened.

Error Messages/Logs

There is no error message. The message screen shows one old chat with Fin that I cannot get any further response on and no option to send a new message.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open get help in menu
2. Switch to messages view
3. There is no option to 'Send a message'

Yes, this worked in a previous version
