[BILLING] Claude for Startups credits stranded on suspended Console org — migration to active org unresolved for weeks
Preflight Checklist
- [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
- [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
- [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code
What's Wrong?
I am an accepted Claude for Startups member. My program credits are attached to a suspended legacy Console organization and need to be migrated to my active organization. The credits are not usable in their current location because the org they sit on is suspended.
This is an organization-level credit-migration issue, not a consumer subscription problem and not an account-ban appeal. It belongs in the Console / org billing lane.
I have attempted the documented support channels repeatedly over the course of several weeks. I have received no resolution, and in some cases no acknowledgement or ticket reference. Filing here to create a trackable, public record and to reach the team that owns Console org billing.
The specific action requested
Migrate the Claude for Startups credit grant from the suspended legacy organization to the active organization below, so the credits are usable on the active org.

Accepted into Claude for Startups. Credits were attributed to the legacy org tied to [kevin@sltrdigital.com](mailto:kevin@sltrdigital.com).
That legacy organization is now suspended, which strands the credits.
Active company operations have moved to Vindicara Inc., org tied to [kevin@vindicara.io](mailto:kevin@vindicara.io).
Requested credit migration through documented support channels on multiple occasions over several weeks.
No resolution, and no ticket reference received.
What Should Happen?
Per documented support expectations, an inquiry submitted through official channels should receive at minimum a ticket reference and acknowledgement in a reasonable timeframe, and an org-level credit issue should be routed to the Console billing team that can action it.

What I expected
Per documented support expectations, an inquiry submitted through official channels should receive at minimum a ticket reference and acknowledgement in a reasonable timeframe, and an org-level credit issue should be routed to the Console billing team that can action it.
What would resolve this
- Confirmation that the two organizations above are correctly identified.
- Migration of the Claude for Startups credits from the suspended org to the active Vindicara org.
- A ticket reference so this is trackable.
I can verify ownership of either organization by any method the team prefers. Happy to move to a private channel once someone with org-billing access picks this up.

- This is an account/org-side billing matter; no client-side logs apply.
