É o mesmo comportamento do bug conhecido "Enter shifts focus to Select folder instead of sending" na aba Code do Windows.

What Should Happen?

Ao digitar uma mensagem no texto (Code), e enviar normalmente. Quando faço isso, abre a focus to Select folder.
