Bug Report

Environment:

  • OS: Windows
  • App: Claude Desktop (Code tab)
  • Plan: Max

Problem:
In the Code tab, pressing Enter opens a "Select folder" dialog instead of sending the message. This happens even after typing text in the input field.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Claude Desktop app
  2. Click the "Code" tab
  3. Type any message in the input field
  4. Press Enter

Expected behavior:
Message is sent.

Actual behavior:
A folder selection dialog opens.

Additional info:

  • The Home tab works correctly with Enter
  • The ↵ send button also triggers the folder dialog
  • Ctrl+Enter also triggers the folder dialog
  • Reinstalling the app did not fix the issue
  • Keyboard shortcuts settings show Enter = "Send message" (correct)

What Should Happen?

Message should be sent when pressing Enter key.
