Bug Report
Environment:
- OS: Windows
- App: Claude Desktop (Code tab)
- Plan: Max
Problem:
In the Code tab, pressing Enter opens a "Select folder" dialog instead of sending the message. This happens even after typing text in the input field.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Claude Desktop app
- Click the "Code" tab
- Type any message in the input field
- Press Enter
Expected behavior:
Message is sent.
Actual behavior:
A folder selection dialog opens.
Additional info:
- The Home tab works correctly with Enter
- The ↵ send button also triggers the folder dialog
- Ctrl+Enter also triggers the folder dialog
- Reinstalling the app did not fix the issue
- Keyboard shortcuts settings show Enter = "Send message" (correct)
What Should Happen?
Message should be sent when pressing Enter key.
