Bug Description
Claude is hallucinating that DMTCP (checkpoint-restart) is some kind of cybersecurity program. It's not. DMTCP is an open-source program distributed on github for 15 years. It has more than 150 academic publications of people who use DMTCP in their work.

When I try to use the Anthropic web page to appeal that DMTCP is _not_ cybersecurity, the Anthropic Appeal web page crashes, and then it says "try again". So, I'll try once more, by creating an issue in this Antrhopic claude-code github. If I can only speak to a human being at Anthropic, I'm sure that this can be setttled easliy. But Anthropic has Claude hallucinating and it's automatic web site for appeal has a bug where it crashes when I try to appeal. Trying once more to find a human being to explain it to, since the buggy Antrhopic web page doesn't let me do it.
