[Bug] Loop mode prevents replies, and shell command replies from displaying in UI

Bug Description
fable, when running shell or background processes and while having /loop on, the replies from fable to user, doesnt reach the UI. but when you do /btw and ask fable, it says it has replied, and give update there.
