Bug Description
Attached JSON file is a .jsonl FROM A SESSION WHERE CLAUDE CODE REPEATEDLY RUN LS COMMAND ~700 TIMES AND ATE MY $25 off the balance.
The actual error happened with some previous version, supposedly 2.0.72.
