[BUG] (shell) git bash in claude code desktop app windows

What's Wrong?

system: windows

in pycharm,
claude code works great.
inherits git bash (at !) and venv (py)

in desktop app,
claude code ignores config,
always uses powershell (at !) and system general py
making it kinda useless to develop for py projects

What Should Happen?

1)
in claude code desktop app. after config is set up
at !, runs git bash

2)
see this config at ui lvl in config.
would help read & debug
