[BUG] Cowork tab missing from menu despite enabled in Settings (Windows Pro)

What's Wrong?

• Account: rafeeq (Pro plan)
• Dispatch Beta: ON and working
• Settings: Cowork enabled
• Issue: No Cowork tab appears in Desktop menu (only Home | Code)
• Tried: Full reinstall, restart, 24+ hour wait
• Web: claude.ai/code loops to Code setup, doesn't show Cowork

Dispatch works but Cowork UI is completely invisible.

What Should Happen?

i need the Cowork and Code should work properly to proceed.
