[BUG] Repositories not showing in Claude Code iOS app despite working on web — requesting backend index reset

What's wrong:
Repo picker in the Claude Code iOS app shows "No repositories" for my account. The same account on claude.ai web shows all repositories and active sessions correctly, so the GitHub connection itself is working.

Platform: iOS app (latest version, freshly reinstalled)
Already tried:
- Accepted pending GitHub App permission update on GitHub
- Disconnected/reconnected GitHub connector in claude.ai settings
- Claude GitHub App installed with "All repositories" access
- Logged out and back in
- Restarted phone
- Deleted and reinstalled the iOS app
- Web works fully; iOS app shows nothing
