[BUG] Personal repos not showing in Claude Code repo picker despite app installed — requesting index reset

Resolved 💬 4 comments Opened Jun 7, 2026 by theitush Closed Jul 15, 2026

Preflight Checklist

  • [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

My personal GitHub repositories do not appear in the repository picker in Claude Code on the web (claude.ai/code) and mobile, despite the Claude GitHub App being correctly installed with "All repositories" access. The GitHub Integration shows "Connected" in claude.ai Settings → Connectors, but the repo picker shows "No repos match" / missing repositories. This appears to be the known backend repository indexing issue affecting personal accounts.

Claude account email: nafaltov@gmail.com

Request: Please trigger a backend repository index reset for my GitHub account (theitush).

What Should Happen?

All repositories the Claude GitHub App has been granted access to should appear in the Claude Code repository picker on both web and mobile.
