Additional Information

What's wrong:
The Claude Code mobile app shows "No repositories found" in the
repository picker for my personal GitHub account, despite the
Claude GitHub App being installed and configured.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Claude GitHub App on personal account via

github.com/apps/claude/installations/select_target

1. Grant access to all repositories
2. Open Claude Code mobile app
3. Attempt to select a repository — picker is empty

Expected: Personal repos appear in the picker
Actual: "No repositories found"

Notes:

• GitHub App shows as installed in GitHub Settings > Applications
• Tried logging out/in and reinstalling the app
• This appears to be the same backend indexing issue as

#18467, #27155, and #12839

• Requesting a backend repo index reset for my account
