[BUG] Need a backend repository index reset

What's Wrong?

I can no longer see my repos in claude code on web/mobile despite checking the install of github and all fine, and it seems to be known issue where I just need the backend repo index reset done by you.

What Should Happen?

When I view my list of repos I can see all of my repos from GitHub

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Claude Code on Web or Mobile
2. Click to choose repo
3. Do not see one organizations repo
