[BUG] Windows Desktop App not show the history/recent chat

What's Wrong?
The Recents panel suddenly disappeared. I have tried reset the filter, killing the process and restarting, resetting the desktop app, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but none of these steps had any effect. The browser and mobile apps are fine, and everything displays correctly on them.
new chat are not show as well.
What Should Happen?
the recents panel should have my recent chat history.
