[BUG] Session history lost / unable to find recent conversation sessions

What's Wrong?

Description:
When trying to continue a previous conversation session, the recent session history appears to be missing or inaccessible. The conversation context from my most
recent sessions cannot be found.

Actual behavior:
Recent sessions appear to be missing from the session history.

What Should Happen?

Recent conversation sessions should be available to resume or review.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have multiple conversation sessions over time
2. Try to resume or find a recent session
3. Recent sessions are not listed or accessible
