[Feature Request] Custom agent tags and user-defined view sections for agent management

Bug Description
I would like to have possibility to put some agents from agents overview to "on hold / paused" section to reduce cognitive load of browsing that list even more (filter out some). Perhaps on top of built-in live state buckets agent/session list classifiers can have option to respect user-assigned tags which then agent view can view and apply custom sections overriding stated-buckets? if user wants? pretty please
