[Bug] Unintended Synthetic Data Generation Despite Explicit Real Data Request

Bug Description
tends to use synthetic data when prompt clearly asked for using real data using the library provided right from start, also adds unnecessary and incorrect fallback conditions which generates invalid reports without the customer knowing that the run had falled back to some synthetic data or something else!
