Unintended File Deletion After Code Generation

Question

**Bug Description**
in the last sentence, claude edited my app and then deleted it.  found it in trash.    "Note: The issue_extract.py file appears to be missing from your Apps directory,
  but the extraction completed successfully before it disappeared."
