Unintended File Deletion During Code Update Process

Bug Description
During some updates, Claude Code, completely wiped out a number of key files, these were Front End HTML/JS pages, all happened at exactly 23:05 last night. Claude could not find a reason why it had essentially zeroed the files either. i lost quite a bit of work. This is logs from a new Claude Session, so does not have the faulty session data
