Unintended Agent Multiplication and Hallucinated Code Generation

Bug Description
hi i'm a new user from korea and today i found very interesting point

i tried to make a new Multi dev-Agent co-working system which can agent work together

but today claude-code trying to make a fake Agent system which make a tons of dummies and fake code copying

i was feel like cheated. and i think it's a hallutination(?) or something which is very important issues of Ai
