[Bug] Incorrect Logging and Hallucinated Code Generation

Bug Description
Claude told me that my log files showed the app was crashing when in fact it was doing no such thing. Cluade added a pile of code after several days of work, and it's never called, doesn't do what was asked for, and then lies about the output
