[BUG] Issues: New issue: Broken links

What's Wrong?

When I go to https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues and click "New issue", a modal pops up with the title "Create new issue" and a bunch of links below. The "Getting Started Guide" and "Discussions" links are broken.

What Should Happen?

"Getting Started Guide" I guess should go to https://docs.claude.com/en/docs/claude-code?

"Discussions" I guess should be removed?

1. Go to https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues
2. Click "New issue"
3. Scroll down and click "Getting Started Guide" and then click "Discussions"
