"Select Approve plan and teleport back to terminal in your browser to implement the plan locally with full access to your environment. This option appears when the session was launched from your CLI and the terminal is still polling. The web session is archived so it doesn’t continue working in parallel.
Your terminal shows the plan in a dialog titled Ultraplan approved with three options:
Implement here: inject the plan into your current conversation and continue from where you left off
Start new session: clear the current conversation and begin fresh with only the plan as context
Cancel: save the plan to a file without executing it; Claude prints the file path so you can return to it later
If you start a new session, Claude prints a claude --resume command at the top so you can return to your previous conversation later."

Claude Code CLI says this when you approve the /ultraplan hand off: Done — the plan's been handed off to Ultraplan for remote refinement. A web link will appear here in a moment; you can open it to edit and iterate on the plan in the browser once it's generated. You can keep working here in the meantime — Claude Code will notify you when the cloud plan is ready for review, and you'll have the option to teleport it
back here for implementation once you've approved it.

My understanding is there will be an option to teleport the refined plan back to the CLI session I am running.

What Claude Actually Did

Asks me to "Reject", "Refine", "Accept", "Accept and use Auto Mode".

If I Accept, it starts coding but in the cloud, no option to teleport back. If I Accept with Auto Mode, it starts coding in the cloud. If I Reject, then it stops. If I Refine, it just asks questions.

No option to teleport back.

Expect to see an option to teleport the plan back to the CLI session.

2. Wait for the Claude to finish the plan
3. Will be presented with "Reject", "Refine", "Accept", or "Accept in Auto Mode"
4. Choose Accept or Accept in Auto Mode
